At RV@Olympic, our mission is to provide a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To achieve this, we’ve established a set of simple, thoughtful rules and guidelines designed to ensure everyone can relax, have fun, and enjoy their stay. From check-in to check-out, our policies prioritize fairness, respect, and safety for all visitors, their pets, and the natural environment. Whether you’re here for a short getaway or an extended stay, these rules help us maintain a peaceful atmosphere where everyone feels welcome. Check-In and Check-Out
- RV check-in is at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
- Late check-out must be requested in advance. A $25 per hour fee applies for check-outs after 12:00 PM. Check-outs after 2:00 PM will be charged a full day’s rate.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours before arrival for a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in the forfeiture of the first night’s deposit.
- If you need to reschedule, you may do so once for a future date in place of canceling.
- After check-in, refunds are granted at the manager’s discretion.
Payment Rules and Security Deposit
- Full payment is required at the time of booking for stays of 30 days or less. For stays longer than 30 days, a deposit equal to one month’s stay is required, with the remaining balance due at check-in.
- Payments can be made using major credit cards, debit cards, or approved digital payment platforms (e.g., PayPal, Venmo, etc.). Cash payments are not accepted.
- A refundable security deposit of $100 (or an amount set by management) is required at check-in for stays of less than 30 days. This deposit will be held on your payment card and released within 7 days after departure, pending inspection of your site for damages or excessive cleaning needs.
General Guidelines
- Guests checking in after hours without a reservation must contact the office by 10:00 AM the following morning.
- Maximum occupancy per site is 8 people.
- Tents and canopies are not allowed on RV sites.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Campfires must comply with local fire regulations.
- Campfires must never be left unattended.
- Campfires must be fully extinguished when guests leave the site.
Pets
- Pets must not be left unattended at the site.
- Pets may not be tied up on leads.
- Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets.
Visitors and Parking
- All visiting guests must register at the office.
- Vehicles must be parked within your assigned site.
- Parking in empty sites or blocking pathways is not allowed.
- All vehicles must display a clear and visible hang tag.
Age Requirements
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in. Minors (under 18) may only stay if accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Children under 14 must be supervised (visual supervision) at all times. Teens 14-17 may use the campground facilities without direct supervision as long as they follow park rules.
- Only licensed drivers may operate golf carts, ATVs, or ORVs. Reckless driving will result in loss of privileges.
RV Standards
- All RVs must be RVIA certified.
- Management reserves the right to enforce standards regarding the age, condition, and appearance of RVs.
Site Maintenance
- Keep sites clean and free of clutter. Trash must be bagged and placed in the designated dumpsters. Excessive debris or abandoned equipment may result in a cleanup fee.
- Guests are responsible for the safety and proper storage of their water hoses, sewer hoses, and electric cables.
Length of Stay
- The campground is intended for recreational use only.
- Establishing a permanent residence at the campground is prohibited.
- Length of stay is subject to local legal requirements but may not exceed 9 months.
Damage and Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage or destruction caused by themselves, their family members, visitors, or pets.
- Guests may be charged for damages to campground property or facilities, including but not limited to:
- Broken water lines
- Damaged or missing sewer connections
- Pedestal damage
- Landscaping damage
- Excessive debris (e.g., bottle caps, zip ties, cigarette butts, etc.)
Grounds for Termination
- The following actions may result in the termination of your reservation and removal from the property:
- Excessive noise, including mechanical, musical, or vocal disturbances
- Use of foul or indecent language
- Causing property damage
- Drunken or disorderly conduct
- Failure to follow campground rules or staff instructions
- Threatening or abusive behavior
- Any other behavior deemed inappropriate for a family-friendly environment
- Management reserves the right to require any guest to leave for violating the above guidelines.
