Rules and Regulations

At RV@Olympic, our mission is to provide a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for all our guests. To achieve this, we’ve established a set of simple, thoughtful rules and guidelines designed to ensure everyone can relax, have fun, and enjoy their stay. From check-in to check-out, our policies prioritize fairness, respect, and safety for all visitors, their pets, and the natural environment. Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time for RVs: 1:00 PM.
• Check-out time for RVs: 11:00 AM.
• Late check-out:
  
  • Must be requested in advance.
  • After 12:00 PM, a fee of $25 per hour will apply.
  • After 2:00 PM, a full day’s rate will be charged.

General Guidelines

• After-hours check-ins without a reservation must contact the office by 10:00 AM the following morning.
• All guests making a reservation or checking in must be 18 years or older and provide a valid ID.
• All guests must have a valid credit card on file.
• We are a 100% cashless operation.
• Maximum occupancy per site: 8 people.
• No tents or canopies are allowed on RV sites.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Generators are not allowed to be operated at any time.
• Washing of vehicles or RVs is prohibited.
• No weapons, illegal drugs, or alcohol are allowed on the premises.
• Campfires:
  
  • Are subject to local fire regulations.
  • Must never be left unattended.
  • Must be fully extinguished when guests leave the site.

Pets

• Pets must not be left unattended at the site.
• Pets are not allowed to be tied up on leads.
• Guests must pick up after their pets.
• Children under the age of 12 may not walk pets unattended.
• Pets who are aggressive or unattended will be asked to leave, or local animal control may be called.

Visitors and Parking

• Visiting guests must register at the office.
• All vehicles must fit within the assigned site.
• No parking is allowed in empty sites or areas that obstruct pathways.
• Vehicle hang tags: Must be clear and visible at all times.

Children

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult when walking through the park.
• Children ages 12–15 may walk unattended with parental approval, provided they follow park rules.
• Only guests with valid driver’s licenses are permitted to operate ATVs, ORVs, or golf carts within the park.

RV Standards

• RVs must be RVIA-certified.
• Management reserves the right to enforce standards regarding the age and quality of RVs.

Site Maintenance

• Sites must be kept clean and orderly.
• Customers are responsible for the safety and upkeep of their water hoses, sewer hoses, and electric cables.

Length of Stay

• The campground is for recreational purposes only.
• Establishing a residence at the campground is prohibited.
• Length of stay is subject to local legal requirements but may not exceed nine months.

Damage and Liability

• Customers are responsible for all damage or destruction caused by themselves, their families, visitors, or pets.
• Guests may be charged for damages to grounds or facilities, including but not limited to:
  
  • Broken waterlines.
  • Damaged or missing sewer connections.
  • Pedestal damage.
  • Landscaping damage.
  • Excessive debris (e.g., bottle caps, zip ties, cigarette butts).

Payment Rules and Security Deposit Requirements

• Full payment is due at the time of booking.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to their site or park property during their stay. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to utility connections (water, sewer, electrical), landscaping, structures, or amenities. A minimum fee of $250 may be charged to your booking after checkout if damage is found.

Drug and Alcohol Policy

• No one under the age of 21 is permitted to consume alcohol within the park limits.
• Any customer showing signs of intoxication must not operate a vehicle within the park.
• Marijuana is prohibited in common areas.
• Smoking is prohibited in common areas and within 25 feet of any building. Cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.
• Vaping is not allowed inside any facilities.

Cancellation & Refunds

• We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your reservation, you may do so up to 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund, minus a $25 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will result in the forfeiture of your first night’s deposit. Once you’ve checked in, any refund requests are handled at the discretion of the manager.

Grounds for Termination

The following actions will result in reservation termination and removal from the property:

• Loud noise (mechanical, musical, or vocal).
• Use of foul or indecent language.
• Causing property damage.
• Drunken or disorderly conduct.
• Failure to follow campground rules or staff directions.
• Threatening or abusive behavior.
• Any other behavior deemed inappropriate for a family-friendly campground.

Note: Management reserves the right to ask any guest to leave for violations of the above rules.

Security and Surveillance

The safety of our guests and the protection of Park property are top priorities. To help maintain a secure environment, surveillance cameras are in use in common areas and throughout the property.

• Cameras operate 24/7 and monitor key entry points and shared facilities.
• Surveillance footage may be used by management to investigate rule violations or incidents.
• Tampering with, disabling, or obstructing camera equipment is strictly prohibited.
• Guests are expected to behave respectfully, knowing that common areas may be under video observation.
• Security cameras are not monitored live at all times but are reviewed as needed to support park safety.
